As part of our high quality office cleaning services, every new client receives an office cleaning assessment. This involves a member of the Sloane Cleaning team visiting your offices, discussing your requirements, identifying the cleaning needs, and putting a transparent quote together.
Our office cleaning assessments is beneficial for our team and our clients:
Our Sloane Cleaning representative will do a thorough assessment of your office space to determine the size and cleaning requirements. We will also ask our clients some questions, helping us identify your cleaning needs, while giving clients the opportunity to ask us questions. Our representative will also make some recommendations, based on our years of experience in office cleaning:
1. How often do you want our cleaning team to come into your office?
This is a very important question that we ask. Some clients prefer daily services, others once a week, or once a month. We will make recommendations based on the size of your office. Larger offices benefit from daily cleaning, at least of the high traffic areas, with other areas cleaned weekly, for example.
2. What Additional Services Do You Need?
While our cleaners will come in and carry out general cleaning duties, such as dusting, cleaning, sanitising, vacuuming, mopping, and rubbish removal, you may also need some specialist services, such as deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, or power washing. These can be add-on services offered once a month, or on an as-needed basis.
3. When Would You Prefer We Carry Out the Cleaning Duties?
At Sloane Cleaning, we have many clients that prefer our teams come in first thing in the morning, while others prefer later in the day. We can also provide out-of-hours cleaning services, ensuring your offices are cleaned effectively without disrupting any of your team during working hours. This is discussed in detail and included in the contract, ensuring your preferences are met.
4. Budget
At Sloane Cleaning, we provide a transparent service and we expect the same from our clients. During your initial office cleaning assessment, our representative will discuss your cleaning budget with you. Your cleaning budget can identify how often you use our services and what services you need.
Once we have carried out an initial office cleaning assessment, we can provide you with a detailed contract, outlying everything we discussed, ensuring that no stone is unturned. This also ensures you know exactly what time our cleaners will arrive and what duties they will carry out. We like to keep an open line of communication with our clients and should you wish to change or add anything to the contract at any time, you can get hold of a member of our team.
The cleaner or cleaners we choose to clean your offices will be furnished with a detailed check list. This ensures they know what duties they need to perform, ensuring you enjoy a first class service at all times.
